Exergaming works – research shows

Last month a canadian article is published  in “pediatrics” as a result on research done on exergaming for youth.
Prevalence and Correlates of Exergaming in Youth

Many adolescents exergame at intensity levels that could help them achieve current moderate-to-vigorous PA (physical activity) recommendations. Interventions that encourage exergaming may increase PA and decrease sedentary behavior in select youth subgroups, notably in girls.
